Four Corners Health Department is excited to announce that we will be holding 2 upcoming walk-in clinics in the next week.  On Thursday, May 20th we will offer the Moderna vaccine to anyone who is eligible (must be age 18+).  Then on Tuesday, May 25th, the Pfizer vaccine will be offered to those eligible (must be age 12+).  Both clinics will be held at:

From 12-4PM
There is NO CHARGE for the vaccine.

For Thursday’s (May 20) Moderna vaccination clinic, no appointments are necessary, but if you would like to secure a time, and view vaccination paperwork ahead of time, visit or call the office for assistance at 402-362-2621.

If you or your family would like a Pfizer vaccine on Tuesday, May 25, we ask you Make An Appointment by calling 402-362-2621 or visit  We ask you make appointments for the Pfizer vaccine so that we are sure to have enough vaccine available on-site.

Over the last 4 days (May 15-18), there were just 4 new cases of COVID-19 reported in the District, all in York County:

  • York County had 4 new cases for 1,769 total cases.
  • Seward County had no new cases, a total of 2,003 cases.
  • Butler County had no new cases for 856 total.
  • Polk County added no new cases for 585 total cases.

As of May 18, the total cumulative number of COVID-19 cases in the Four Corners District is 5,213. There were 37 new cases in the previous 14 days, with 10 of those cases recorded in the past 7 days.

All Four Corners residents age 12+ are eligible for the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. All other vaccines (Moderna/J&J) are still only available to residents age 18+. For information about scheduling a vaccine, please visit at or call Four Corners at 402-362-2621.
