March 31, 2021—Four Corners Health Department COVID-19 Update and 1 New Death
The recent death of a Seward County man in his 90’s has been confirmed as COVID-19 related. This increases the total District COVID-19 related deaths to 74, and Seward County to 31. Polk County remains at 18 total COVID-19 related deaths; York County at 13; and Butler County at 12.
In the past 2 days (March 30-31), there were 9 new cases of COVID-19 reported in the District:
- Seward County added 8 new cases for 1,927 cases total.
- Polk County increased by 1 for 581 total cases.
- Butler County had no new cases and totals 850.
- York County remains at 1,706 with no new cases.
As of March 31, the total cumulative number of COVID-19 cases in the Four Corners District is 5,064. There were 92 new cases in the previous 14 days, with 42 of those cases recorded in the past 7 days.
