June 8, 2021—Four Corners Health Department COVID-19 Tuesday Update
Four Corners Health Department will be holding 2 upcoming walk-in clinics in the next week. A walk-in clinic with Moderna vaccine (for ages 18+) will be held on Thursday June 10th. A walk-in clinic will be held with Pfizer (ages 12+) and Johnson & Johnson (18+) vaccines on Tuesday, June 14th. Both clinics will be held at:
- The Four Corners Health Department at 2101 N. Lincoln Ave in York
- From 12-4PM
- There is NO CHARGE for the vaccine.

Over the last 4 days (June 5-8), there were 4 new cases of COVID-19 reported in the District:
- Seward County had 2 new cases, a total of 2,032 cases.
- York County had 2 new cases for 1,777 total cases.
- Butler County had no new cases for 857 total.
- Polk County added no new cases for 585 total cases.
The total cumulative number (as of June 8, 2021) of COVID-19 cases in the Four Corners District is 5,251. There were 11 new cases in the previous 14 days, with 7 of those cases recorded in the past 7 days.
As of June 8, 2021, the Four Corners Health District reports that 39.11% of its total population has been fully vaccinated. Each county has the following percentage of its total population fully vaccinated:
- Butler County—40.56%
- Polk County—35.76%
- Seward County—39.67%
- York County—38.82%
