June 4, 2021—Four Corners Health Department COVID-19 Weekend Update
Four Corners Health Department will be holding 2 upcoming walk-in clinics in the next week. A walk-in clinic will be held with Pfizer (ages 12+) and Johnson & Johnson (18+) vaccines on Tuesday, June 8th. A walk-in clinic with Moderna vaccine (for ages 18+) will be held on Thursday June 10th. Both clinics will be held at:
- The Four Corners Health Department at 2101 N. Lincoln Ave in York
- From 12-4PM
- There is NO CHARGE for the vaccine.

On Friday, June 4, the Four Corners Risk Dial was reset at 0.52 in the GREEN for the upcoming week. This is a decrease from the prior week 0.64, and the dial is in the Green: Low Risk Low Risk of COVID-19 Spread. Public health recommendations and the COVID-19 dashboard are posted on our website at www.fourcorners.ne.gov. Another death in the Four Corners District has been confirmed as COVID-19 related: a Seward County woman in her 80’s has died. This brings the number of COVID-19 related deaths to 77. Seward County has had 34 deaths, Polk County 18, York County 13 and Butler County 12.
Over the last 3 days (June 2-4), there were 3 new cases of COVID-19 reported in the District:
- Seward County had 2 new cases, a total of 2,030 cases.
- Butler County had 1 new case for 857 total.
- York County had no new cases for 1,775 total cases.
- Polk County added no new cases for 585 total cases.
As of June 4, the total cumulative number of COVID-19 cases in the Four Corners District is 5,247. There were 9 new cases in the previous 14 days, with 5 of those cases recorded in the past 7 days.
