June 18, 2021—Four Corners Health Department COVID-19 Weekend Update
There are 17,882 residents in the Four Corners District who are fully-vaccinated for COVID-19; or 40.46% of the total population. The Four Corners’ counties status:
• In Butler County, 41.19% of the population is fully vaccinated;
• In Polk County, 36.66% is fully vaccinated;
• In Seward County, 41.01% is fully vaccinated; and
• In York County, 40.79% of the population is fully vaccinated.
Four Corners Health Department will be holding 2 upcoming walk-in clinics in the next week. A walk-in clinic will be held with Pfizer (ages 12+) and Johnson & Johnson (18+) vaccines on Tuesday, June 22nd. A walk-in clinic with Moderna vaccine (for ages 18+) will be held on Thursday June 24th. Both clinics will be held at:
• The Four Corners Health Department at 2101 N. Lincoln Ave in York
• From 12-4PM
• There is NO CHARGE for the vaccine.

Over the last 3 days (June 16-18), there was 1 new case of COVID-19 reported in the District, in Seward County.
As of June 18, the total cumulative number of COVID-19 cases in the Four Corners District is 5,255. There were 8 new cases in the previous 14 days, with 2 of those cases recorded in the past 7 days.
