Four Corners Health Department COVID-19 Weekly Update

As of Friday, January 29, the Four Corners Risk Dial has been reset and stays in the Yellow: Moderate COVID-19 Risk Level at 1.88, which is decreased from the previous week’s 1.83.  Public health recommendations and the COVID-19 dashboard are posted on our website at www.fourcorners.ne.gov.

Over the past 2 days (January 28-29), there were 28 new cases of COVID-19 reported in the District:

  • York County had 10 new cases for a total of 1,577.
  • Seward County had 9 new cases for a total of 1,775.
  • Polk County had 6 new cases for 516 cases total.
  • Butler County added 3 cases for 800 total cases.

As of January 29, the total cumulative number of COVID-19 cases in the Four Corners District is 4,668.  There were 160 new cases in the previous 14 days, with 73 of those cases recorded in the past 7 days.

Over the prior 7 days (Jan. 23-29), the totals for each county are as follows:

  • Butler County—8
  • Polk County—13
  • Seward County—29
  • York County–23

As of January 29, a total 4,183 COVID-19 vaccines have been given in the Four Corners District.  Of this total, 2,968 have been 1st doses of vaccine, and 1,215 have been 2nd doses.
