Suicide awareness and prevention is a conversation we should be having during all seasons, but the holiday season can especially be difficult for many who suffer from depression and suicidal thoughts. Please reach out to friends and family and be real about it. Ask if they’d like to grab a cup of coffee with you. Open the conversation.
Stop in at Kyle’s favorite coffee shop, Captain Red Beard’s, on Monday, December 5th and grab a FREE Medium Any Drink from 6am – 11am!
Event will include refreshments, conversation, resources, a memory item, and more!
Extend care to those who are survivors. Send a card or take them out for coffee. The smallest thing can make a difference.
