Home Care Plus Immunization Clinic

An event every month that begins at 1:00 pm on day Second of the month, repeating until December 15, 2020
Home Care Plus, Inc. is available to provide child immunizations from birth through age 18. The clinics are currently held on the second Monday of every month. Clinics are held in the West View Medical Building located at 2319 N. Lincoln Ave York, NE. If this schedule does not work, the staff will work with you to come to the office for immunizations.
You may qualify if you are underinsured, on Medicaid, or do not have insurance at all.
Home Care Plus, Inc. requests a $20 administrative donation per child to cover costs; however, if a family is unable to pay the entire $20, the child will still be able to receive his/her shots with no questions asked.
Parents can call to arrange an appointment by calling 402-362-2566, Monday thru Friday from 9:00am – 4:30pm.
