You are invited to a free introductory yoga class with licensed yoga therapist Renee Duffek. Bring your own mat and water bottle! For adequate space and experience the class size will be limited! Call to reserve your spot at (402) 764-2252. Renee is not only passionate about yoga, but also serves as a mental health practitioner and substance abuse therapist with Four Corners.
