Four Corners Health Department COVID-19 Updates:  Latest Cases and 1 Death Reported

Four Corners reports 1 COVID-19 related death as of Wednesday (12/2/2020):

  • A York County man in his 80’s, who had been hospitalized.

This brings the total COVID-19 related deaths in the district to 33.  Polk County has had a total of 13 COVID-19 related deaths; Seward County remains at 8; Butler County at 6.  York County increases to 6 COVID-19 related deaths.

In the past 2 days, there have been 107 new cases of COVID-19 reported in the Four Corners District (December 1-2):

  • Butler County added 45 new cases for 641 total cases.
  • York County had 38 new cases for a total of 1,111.
  • Seward County had 21 new cases for a total of 1,315.
  • Polk County had 3 new cases for 426 cases total.

The total cumulative number of COVID-19 cases in the Four Corners District is 3,493.  There have been 679 new cases in the past 14 days, with 304 of those cases recorded in the past 7 days.
