Four Corners Health Department COVID-19 Updates:  Latest Cases and Data

As of Friday, December 18, the Four Corners Risk Dial has been reset in the Orange Elevated COVID-19 Risk Level at 2.63.  The Risk Dial was last set in the Orange level October 30, and since that time has been Red.  Lower test positivity rates, reduced transmission rates and increased hospital capacities are contributing factors to the improved setting of the risk dial.  At this time, Four Corners strongly urges our communities to Avoid the 3 C’s:  Crowded Places, Close Contact and Confined Spaces.  Remember to wash your hands often and wear a face mask that covers your nose and mouth.  Public health recommendations and the COVID-19 dashboard are posted on our website at www.fourcorners.ne.gov.

In the past 2 days, there have been 44 new cases of COVID-19 reported in the Four Corners District (December 17-18):
