Living Well With Chronic Disease

Living Well is a self-management workshop facilitated by trained leaders that help you take control of your health by using small steps toward positive changes. Workshops are interactive and not just lectures!  You WILL benefit from Living Well if you have or are caring for someone with a chronic condition.

Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) Suicide Prevention Training

Connect via Zoom to learn 3 simple steps to save a life!  There is no cost for this training.

Just as people trained in CPR and the Heimlich Maneuver help save thousands of lives each year, people trained in QPR learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help.  Each year thousands of Americans, like you, are saying “Yes” to saving the life of a friend, colleague, sibling, or neighbor.
