Four Corners Health Department COVID-19 Update

In the past 3 days (April 10-12), there were 13 new cases of COVID-19 reported in the District:
• Seward County had 7 new cases to reach 1,949 cases total.
• York County had 5 new cases for 1,715 total cases.
• Polk County added 1 new case for 584 total cases.
• Butler County had no new cases and remains at 851.

As of April 12, the total cumulative number of COVID-19 cases in the Four Corners District is 5,099. There were 45 new cases in the previous 14 days, with 29 of those cases recorded in the past 7 days.

Please join us for our County Community Briefings taking place via Zoom on Thursday, April 15, 2021. These briefings provide important local COVID-19 updates, and you will hear from community leaders about how they are addressing issues during the pandemic. The briefing schedule is York County (8:30 am), Polk County (10 am), Seward County (1 pm) and Butler County (2:30 pm). All Four Corners residents age 18+ are eligible for COVID-19 vaccination at the District’s designated vaccination sites. Appointments to schedule a vaccine locally are being added each week on the state’s vaccine registration system at vaccinate.ne.gov . After registering on the site, it is important to check your email often because your invitation to schedule a vaccine will be sent to you over email.
