Four Corners Health Department COVID-19 Updates: Latest Cases, Data, and Reporting 3 New Deaths

There have been 112 new cases of COVID-19 reported in the Four Corners District in the past 2 days (October 29-30):
• Seward County had 55 new cases for a total of 610.
• York County had 35 new cases for a total of 527.
• Butler County added 17 new cases for 306 total cases.
• Polk County had 3 new cases for 230 cases total.

The total cumulative number of COVID-19 cases in the Four Corners District is 1,673. There have been 538 new cases in the past 14 days; 258 of those occurred in the past 7 days.

Over the past 2 weeks (14 days), the totals for each county are as follows (these recent cases represent most of our active cases):
• Butler County—95
• Polk County—61
• Seward County—218
• York County–164

In the past 7 days, the age breakdown of the cases is:

Four Corners would like to express our sympathy as we report 3 new COVID-19 related deaths as of Friday (10/30/2020), all of whom have been under medical care:

• A Polk County woman in her 80’s;
• A Polk County woman in her 90’s;
• A Polk County woman who surpassed the glorious century mark of 100.

This brings the total COVID-19 related deaths in the district to 18. Polk County has had 12, Seward County 3, Butler County 2 and York County 1.
